I can see why one of America’s top civil rights attorneys, Cyrus Mehri, has commissioned a survey of diversity in ad agencies. When agencies come up with creatives for these following commercials, it puts everyone on notice that there needs to be more voices, preferably ones of color, in the conference rooms on Madison Avenue.
